We would definitely recommend TOOLSTOP Good service excellent price.

Normally we have no end of problems ordering tools online.
Companies seem to tyhink they can send out damaged tools or seconds or damaged boxes and blame the courier.
Tool companies online have made it notoriously difficult for us to return tools etc.
TOOLSTOP, so far, are the exception and we have bought various relatively high value tools with no problems at all.
Well done Toolstop - keep up the good service.

Tesco are not value for money

Asda is far cheaper, this £5 off business they copied from Asda and is only valid for a few days.
When i asked at the till after paying, if i could redeem my valid £5 voucher, the checkout lady laughed in my face.
well done Tesco.
they aslso give you 10p off a litre of fuel when there is no tesco fuel station within 30 miles...!!?

Sealey

Sealey give exceptionally POOR SERVICE.

I have bought a variety of tools, storage etc from sealey recently and although the tools etc are ok quality, the service is terrible.
They use couriers that damage all the toolboxes, they deliver items incomplete and take ages to rectify it.
Even when i have contacted them directly they seem to have an apathetic attitude and blame manufactures for important issues they should be aware of and able to resolve.

IE, THE STEAK IN A TIN...WENT FROM GREAT TO GRAVY.
NICE HONEY IN A JAR SWOPPED FOR HONEY IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER.
PREPARED MEALS QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN A LOT.

SCREWFIX>>> TERRIBLE STOCKING PROBLEMS

i WILL NOT USE SCREWFIX FOR ANYTHING ANYMORE, THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AGES IN A QUEUE AND ALWAYS TELL YOU THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK, I HAVE SEEN GROWN MEN ALMOST CRY.
I HAVE BEEN TOLD "NO STOCK" ABOUT 20 TIMES IN MANY DIFFERENT SCREWFIX SHOPS.

Be very careful what you buy on EBAY

I have been conned twice recently, were sellers are sending out faulty goods, when i open a case...EBAY doesnt want to know anything and finds in favour of the seller, it has cost me over £300 in dodgy goods, recently...i prefer to shop mostly elsewhere now...!!

A complete waste of time..this trueshopping

I ordered and paid for a tool trolley from SEALEY.
I got a confirmation that i had paid and that was it......i waited....and waited....eventually, frustrated at waiting at home and checking my email for a delivery confirmation, i phoned and was told they had no stock and that my order had been cancelled.
probably the worst experience i have had shopping on the net.
