Same story as many others on here.
I paid for an item Dec 2012, a present for my son. It was delivered but faulty, so was returned to Wae+. I ordered another brand of the same item, was in stock but still had not come after 10 days. I got the usual "5-7 days" or "Supplier problem" etc. After 3 weeks and item had still not arrived I asked for full refund, was told "2 working days", then "wait until the end of August", still no refund. They do not even reply to my emails now.
Reported to online police fraud, Birmingham trading standards, Watchdog and anything else I can find.
They are a scam and should be shut down!
