1. Failed to deliver on specified day
2. Failed to deliver at specified time
3. Did not leave a card because they did not deliver!
4.Alternative arrangements for delivery dependent on me signing card I do not have!
5. Can't speak to anyone; all the phones are automated only.
6.Bottom line I dislike the fact that I pay for courier service I do not receive and DPD are dishonest enough to pretend delivery has been attempted.
7. Clearly DPD had no intention of delivering goods on this sunny day so they could have come clean and contacted me to let me know.
