When they sell you something they could be nice and forceful, but the customer service is unbelievable, They updated my account without my agreement, when I give them one month notice to leave them, they say the new contract have already started, they will charge me contract broken fee and I'll loss my phone number. I paid double
line rental fee for half month because they updated my account, I asked the customer service, they say the offer is quite cheap why I mind that small amount of money, that was ridiculous! Feel like I'm rubbed and trapped.
