very very bad customer service!!!!!

When they sell you something they could be nice and forceful, but the customer service is unbelievable, They updated my account without my agreement, when I give them one month notice to leave them, they say the new contract have already started, they will charge me contract broken fee and I'll loss my phone number. I paid double
line rental fee for half month because they updated my account, I asked the customer service, they say the offer is quite cheap why I mind that small amount of money, that was ridiculous! Feel like I'm rubbed and trapped.

The signal is very poor, the staff in customer service are very rude and unhelpful, they charge you without any reason and make excuse to refuse to give you refund.
avoid avoid avoid!!!
