DPD DUNDEE = VERY BAD SERVICE!
Having been delighted with the service supplied by DPD Glasgow Drivers, I thought thing can only get better now that DPD has opened a new branch in Dundee, HOW WRONG AM I?
DPD Dundee = VERY BAD SERVICE!
On Tuesday this week, I received an email stating that "We tried to deliver your order from ********* however there was no one available to sign for the order at the address below."
This was 30 minutes before the "Predict Time"
Just for the record, I was in all day, I have CCTV that proves no DPD vehicle was at my premises.
Todays Debacle, Parcel arrives in Dundee @ 11.40am, and guess what, IT IS STILL SITTING IN DUNDEE DEPOT! THEY JUST CANNOT BE BOTHERED!
On phoning Un-Helpfull Customer services, I was told, "it is on a 2 day service" NO IT IS NOT! I was then told, "it will be with you before 8pm" NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
DPD, Your Next Day Service states " DPD NEXT DAY For assured parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day" 8am to 6pm
Before Dundee Branch opened, I had "BRILLIANT SERVICE FROM GLASGOW"
What has gone wrong DPD?
Please get your act together!
PS, I AM 5 Miles from New Branch!
Does anyone know the email address for DPD MD?
Update: I ended up having to collect my parcel @ 8.13pm tonight!
