I ordered a part from 4ourhouse. When the part came it was not what I ordered. After phoning the sales desk I was told that it was an error on their part and they would send out a return address label so I could send it back free of charge. I was also told someone would contact me to sort out a replacement. Two days later the label came and the part was sent back same day.Two days later I then phoned 4ourhouse back again to find out what was happening and why I had not been contacted, They said there was no record of anyone going to contact me and they were not going to send out a replacement part but give me a refund. But I would not get a refund until their depot had received the part back. I ordered the part on the 26 of august it is now the 5th of September and I have still not been credited with the refund. Yet on the 4ourhouse website the part I want is still advertised as in stock ready for immediate dispatch.
This company was not the cheapest but they were recommended. My recommendation is STAY CLEAR OF THEM. they admitted it was their fault but clearly do no care even though I have explained that I have been with out a washing machine for over a week. I have given 4OURHOUSE 1 STAR AS IT WONT LET ME POST THIS WITH 0 STARS.
