The email purchase procedure was fine, and the initial handover to courier was fine also - with delivery estimated to South Africa in 4 - 5 days. It is now seven days since I made the purchase and I still do not have my whi\sky. It transpired that the courier system managed to spell my email address wrongly - and there was no system to hasten delayed replies - delayed because I had not received the original email. after a couple of days of inactivity, I checked with their customer relations and spelled my email address - using the phonetic alphabet. It was only when my patience ran out for a second time and I once again got them to check my email; address, that they corrected the error, and I received my first email. On checking their tracking system I saw that my parcel had been despatched from Heathrow - TWICE.
And so I await delivery - which should be made on day eight - by yet another courier company - to whom the delivery has been delegated - at a price.
