When I originally wrote this review I complained about how utterly useless the company was.
I complained that they lied about attempting to deliver and complained about how there was no number listed to contact the company to speak to a real person.
However, a quick google revealed a contact number and I was able to speak to someone within 2 minutes. - within another 2 minutes the customer services rep had my problem solved and a re delivery attempt was made within an hour.
The delivery driver rang me to confirm delivery and was very courteous and accommodating (actually one of the best delivery drivers I have come across. Ever.)
Turns out the misunderstanding with the first attempted delivery was a genuine mistake and one that in the circumstances I have to acknowledge was one that could have easily been made.
Well done interlink for turning this situation around so fantastically well.
I will now go and eat some humble pie...
