Had front tyres replaced on my vauxhall Insignia, F1 managed to damage both of the tyre pressure monitors, which I have now had replaced costing me £120.00, I had to take the car back four times because of steering vibration, still unable to correct it so I paid extra to have more expensive tyres fitted in case it was a tyre problem, after new tyres were fitted still had steering vibration, gave up & took my car to Merrityre & had to pay for wheel balance again, problem solved, suggest F1 have wheel balancing machine re calibrated or replaced, also F1 charged me twice for new valves but my car has a tyre monitoring system so valves cant be changed with normal ones, but was still charged, I spent many hours in the waiting room whilst having the tyres changed & the wheels rebalanced time & time again
My wifes corsa had new tyres fitted in February but after four months one of the tyres became defective, so had to buy another new tyre, F1 sent the tyre back three months ago under warranty to their suppliers, went in to see them today & was told it was nothing to do with them it was now down to the tyre suppliers to get in touch with me? I always thought that under the sale of goods act the sellers ie: F1 were responsible!
I have rung the F1 customer careline on two occasions to complain, they just take my number because the person dealing with complaints is busy but they have never bothered to ring me back.
My advice is stay away from F1 Autocentres at all costs, I & a lot of my friends will never use them again they provide a terrible service.
