Thoughtful people, great products, excellent communication!

I cannot praise this company enough. Their adjustable beds (in my experience) are life-enhancing and well worth the money for the time they put into them. They build to order, so your bed can be customised to your requirements, and their customer service is the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you all, Furmanac, you're completely wonderful!


Lied to a lone, disabled customer

I'm sitting here sobbing my heart out because I'm trying to get an adjustable bed delivered that I paid for three months ago (August). I'm registered disabled and need this bed to help relieve some of my pain. I've been lied to, directly lied to, by two members of staff at the Oldbury store and just can't trust anyone there anymore.

I should have known not to trust the Oldbury store when the saleswoman tried to trick me into signing up to a marketing service (I asked if it was marketing, she said no, and I read the screen that said Marketing Opt-Out). But I thought it was a one off, and carried on with my purchase.

I was promised delivery of the bed and mattress on the 15th of Novemberm(when I paid in August) and then the 19th. The 15th was a lie as this was when the mattress would be delivered and not the bed; the bed was to be delivered two days earlier. I live in a small studio - I don't have space for two beds, and I can't sleep on a frame without a mattress. I then called Oldbury again to try and sort this out, and was faithfully promised that the bed and mattress would be delivered on the 19th. I've taken a day off work, arranged for family members to take time off and come from Birmingham to dismantle my old bed, and paid for a man-and-van service to take my old bed to my sister's house. I have now wasted everyone's time and money, as the frame manufacturer have said they can't deliver until 22nd, and never agreed with Dreams to deliver on the 19th.

I don't know what to do anymore, the cold has been making me more sore anyway, and the stress from this on top is making walking unbearable. I can't cope like this anymore and I just can't trust Dreams' people when they keep lying to me.

Just Eat

Fairly reliable, VERY convenient

I work long hours and, being disabled, sometimes get home and don't have the energy to cook. Just Eat is a godsend for those days. Sometimes, frustratingly, I'll send an order through, it'll look like it's been accepted and then I'll get an email through saying, actually it's been rejected. That can be annoying as I don't always check my emails immediately. Other than that, I have no complaints and foresee using Just Eat long into the future.
