Don't ever use this company!!!
I bought an item on Ebay and it was posted on the 27th August.. a week went by and still no package, so I contacted the seller and she was very helpful and gave me a tracking number for Myhermes, so I put it in and apparently on the 31st August it was 'Delivered to porch'.. now I live in a block of flats and from 27th August to the 2nd September I was away.. the only porch in these flats are by the big door that you enter to get into the building, the courier wouldn't have got in without buzzing me first so I don't understand that! Called them at least 4/5 times and they said they'd "Pass the info on to the investigation team and they'll get hold of you within 24 hours", and when I called today they "promised" to get back to me tonight, no luck there!
So goodness knows where my parcel is.. not the seller's fault but I WILL NOT USE MYHERMES AGAIN!!
