Dropped my item of for them to collect at their drop off point - wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box sealed with gaffa tape and wrapped. I had paid to be informed about the delivery via text. Got a text to say delivered at 12.30 only to get a message from the buyer at 2.30 who was still waiting for his item. Gave him the tracking number and it said delivered. 3 hours later, it says returned depot following damage - no note to the buyer to inform him. Enquiry to Hermes - we will look into it. Hear nothing and then the buyer contacts me to say the item was left on his door step the next day in a a black open carrier bag - damaged and with bits missing. I wont comment on the lack of customer service as i may implode from recalling the dreadful experience. Do not use under any circumstances is my advice
