We needed to order parts for our E61 group head. Kudos to bella barista for stocking the service pack even at some difficulty they offer this service. It is much appreciated. But sadly our call with an important question about a part was never returned after we called several times. When we ordered the part was posted quickly and came the next day. We really appreciate the service manual sent with the shipment. Great service! Well done!
Sadly we had to order another part the next day and got sent an email saying the item had been shipped, so were hoping it would arrive the next day as the previous item had. When it did not arrive we tried to track it online but Royal Mail had no record of it. Fortunately Claudette did get back to me a few days later regarding this and we were able to sort out the Royal Mail confusion that ensued and that was appreciated.

Please accept our apologies in the delay. Selecting the £2.95 shipping option unfortunately does not guarantee a next day delivery service. If you need a part/item sent by express service please select that shipping option and call to us to make sure we can deliver the order in time.
Our terms and conditions that every customer has to accept when completing any order on-line states 5-10 working day delivery estimate (Within the UK). Although we have 90% of our items in stock, sometimes we might have to express order parts from suppliers to fulfil orders hence the 5-10 delivery estimate.
I'm alarmed to hear that you contacted us and didn't receive a call or email back as a response. This is very unusual and I can only sincerely apologise on behalf of my colleague who took your call.
