I ordered an item from Bissel Direct.com on 23rd August. The item was of minimal cost and at no time was I informed that a signatue would be demanded before it would be delivered. After the first red card (failed attempt at delivery) I managed to talk to a real person (wow....but it did take ages to get through, and mainly because their automated system does not work). I explained that IF THEY really needed a signature they could deliver after 17.30hrs next day (or any day). The operator said he would leave a note, but it was up to the driver!!!! I am left wondering who is running this company???? A bunch of total idiots I fear! Anyway, I now have 4 (yes four) red cards and still no parcel, due to the fact that the telephone system and web-site used by this company are absolutely hopeless.
I have contacted Bissel and they said they would tell Yodel that a signature is definitely not required and it can be left in a safe place!
If someone from Yodel reads this.....please can I have my paid for belongings? They are not yours they are MINE!!!!!!
