I ordered a TV on behalf of my Mum and Dad, who are unsure about using the internet. The order was placed on the 22nd July 2013. The TV never arrived as promised so they cancelled their order. It is now the 8th September and they have still not received a refund of the considerable amount of money spent after numerous promises and emails. They are not in a position to lose this type of money and WAE+ should be ashamed of themselves for taking consumers cash and not refunding it. Do not use this company as you will not receive your goods or receive a refund.
