MyHermes never came to pick up parcel for delivery. I called their customer support line three to inform them of the issue and they were not hopeful at all just told me that delivery man will be coming tomorrow which they never did. Each customer support had me waiting for 20mins before someone picked up. I had also sent emails per website and no response with 24 hours as suggested by website. Avoid Avoid Avoid Horrible Service !!!

Ordered a cooker hood but it was damaged and it was replaced promptly. But the hood was damaged again. Then next replacement took a long time. When we enquired we were informed that product was no longer stocked. Unfortunately we were not contacted on this. By now we were spent 2 months waiting for a delivery. not happy with overall experience.
