I love sigma sport and everyone I have come into contact with in the store has been amazing. The only area I feel is a let down is communication. when I purchased my bike, I was never called about it coming in and had to chase. when I had my bike serviced I was never called about it being done. Thats fine is the protcol is to just phone up yourself but this was never made clear. Just a very minor thing but can have a big impact.
