Good after a dodgy first delivery

The first delivery was of the wrong microwave. Luckily I noticed before the delivery men left. It was quickly sorted out and the correct microwave was delivered once it had come into stock.

Friendly delivery - nothing too much trouble

Great service - good communication before delivery - it arrived when they said it would and the delivery driver was very helpful

Ordered late Thursday, arrived by 10am Friday

Excellent service. Our washing machine had broken and so we needed a new one pronto. Everywhere else I looked couldn't deliver for at least two weeks. Marks could get me the machine I wanted by the next day and at a price that was at least as good as any of the competition. The service was brilliant, comprehensive instructions that told me everything I needed to know, a pointer to the warranty that I need to register for and a friendly delivery man. What is there not to like?
