I purchased a solar light and it is faulty they say I can return it but they will not pay the postage which will cost me £8.00 this is only £1.99 less than the item cost

I have been trying to sort a problem out since 13th November as I have recevied the incorrect item number twice now.
They wont speak to you on phone about it tell you to email then all you get is a response saying somebody will get back to you, when they do the problem is still not replied to correctly so once again you have to email in and are back to square one again.
In the first instance they told me to hang on to the item that they sent me by mistake till they manage to sort it out and check what is going on but I am now out of time to send the item back, dont ever order from them as they just dont want to know after they have sent items out
This is an excellent company to deal with, offers are so easy to put in for and Flubit are so quick to come back with a better price.
Also if for any reason a problem occurs with your order they back you up and help you every step of the way to get the matter resolved.
It is so good in times like these that you can get an even better deal without doing all the footwork yourself.
I have already recommended them to my family who have also praised them very highly for the offers that have been created for them when they have been purchasing items.
