I returned faulty goods in January after waiting a month for a returns label, three months on despite numerous phone calls, emails and faxes and threat of legal action still no refund! They owe me £100 Nightmare! I am not waiting any longer, am instructing my solicitor to proceed if nonrefund received by this Friday,
