Always experiencing a 'high volume' of calls - read as 'we don't employ enough staff' so expect up to 20 min wait to speak to anyone, staff behind front counters behave as if they are doing you a favour - business managers leave a lot to be desired - Natwest used to be a great Bank but now are sadly lacking in many departments, we're currently looking to change accounts.
Have occasional great end-of-line deals, generally more expensive than others, take time to deliver but item OK so far (50" plasma TV)
Great studios can't really fault - polite friendly staff, reasonable rates
& good quality, working eqpt.
Clothes arrived in cheap factory packaging, clothes were of poor quality for price - shoes were faulty & topshop refused to refund the postage !
Instead you have to re-order item & pay postage over again.
Not the cheapest & they don't have the best coverage, however the customer service is excellent, my phone was replaced the next day without quibble under orange care. Check deals carefully, avoid roll-over contracts - not strictly legal ! !
Exactly as it says above - your experience on amazon is largely related to who the supplier of the goods is - so important to make sure you read THEIR feedback, not just amazons, though amazon offer good protection, reasonable carriage costs & keep you informed of your orders progress.
Generally very good, polite & helpful staff will drop in your kitchen, just beware the little blue bags of 'substitutions' , items that are very near to sell by date & the poorest meat cuts . . .
Sent smashed ex-demo item though sold as new, wasn't even the right model in description ! took many calls to get it collected refunded etc, generally took ages on hold, they didn't seem to know what was going on. generally not a good experience.
