The last few years I have travelled with National Express 20 times and only last 6months they have delayed/arrived late my every second trip,
Last time I travelled by National Express to Heathrow, when expecting to arrive 2h15m before the flight. When the coach was late for 20m w/o any notification and I was unable to located it on Coach Tracker (it works very randomly) I decided to call service for 10p/m. In another 20min I was adviced that next coach is going to be 1h15min after my cancelled one. Needless to say that was not enough for international flight, and I was forced to get a taxi £150.00. If only those guys were able to notify me in advance about their cancellation!
All in all: no feedback, no excuses, National Express is keeping silent. I believe I can't get no more: Bye-bye to NE!
I ordered 27inch display worth 680 pounds for my small business on 19-11-13. This item was available at the Balllicom warehouse. I've also ordered a 3 working day delivery, as it was important for to have it for our new starter. 21st November (2days!) Balllicom sent me a note they oversold the item and a new delivery is going to happened in 7-10 days.
That was my mistake to agree on a new terms! Ballicom didn't come back in 7 nor in 10 days, and I wrote an email about exact delivery date 29th November. In several hours Balllicom call me back and assured me that the display willl be dispatched 5th of December!! At this point, it was not a matter of time. So I (dumb!) decided to wait, until yesterday the order was finally cancelled.
Balllicom is worst internet shopping experience I had in several years.
If you need a lamp - it's definitely a best place to buy. You will find a enormously wide range of different products and you will be satisfied with the reasonably good level of customer service and payment services (Google wallet). As to delivery - the cheapest might be over 35% of your order price as it will be shipped by FedEx (or similar). All in all, I am quite satisfied and will be
I have a little bit more experience as I made a mistake with a size. The process of returning goods is fast though a bit overcomplicated. I have to call back before I get a simple return form. Correct order was dispatch pretty quickly, but I have to send the first one back on my own. I would summarise in a way, that there might be some way for improvement.
