Absolutely FUMING, RUBBISH service.

Ordered from AMAZON on Friday, for next day delivery, and unfortunately, they chose to use DPD to deliver my parcel, or, in this case, not deliver.

I had a text on Sunday to say it would be delivered today (Monday). This morning I had a further message stating it would arrive between 2pm and 3pm. I had already took the day off work as I require this parcel urgently, and can't mess around with picking up from the depot etc.

However, when tracking the parcel, and seeing how close it came, I am fuming to report that the driver turned off tracking and stated he "COULD NOT FIND ADDRESS" when he reached my drop (parcel 58 of his round). He was on the same road as me as I saw his van, but he didn't choose to locate the building.

I am truly appalled. It now says it will be delivered tomorrow, but, my question is ,how? If he can't find it today, what makes him think he will tomorrow? What method will he use to find me tomorrow that he didn't choose to do today?

Angry, as DPD have no method of communication. Nobody to call. Nothing.

I've lost a days work, without pay, and still no item. Do DPD care? No....
