Ordered set of pots pans which arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. Unfortunately one of the items had a dent and buckle. Contacted their Customer Service via e-mail, quick response, submitted photos of damage, replacement arrived following day. Things can go wrong due to no-ones fault in particular but it's the way they are dealt with that make the difference. Well done ProCook - will use again.
Ordered an induction hob and a cooker hood. Hob in stock but hood expected in 5-7 days. I had to chase up after two weeks as no sign of hood or notification. It would seem Electricshop had issues with their supplier and despite the staff being polite and helpful I decided to draw a line under the situation and cancel hood order after three weeks. In fairness, the hob was always in stock and was delivered promptly and I was refunded immediately in regards the hood. Had I just ordered the hob I would have given 5 stars but the hood issue means I can only give 4. Despite problems with the one item I would nevertheless use Electricshop again.
