Interlink Express

Used to be good, now damaging almost every consignment!

We are a small wine merchant that sends wine to customers all over the UK. For 2 years Interlink were very good all round but since October 2012 they have been breaking just about every consignment we send. We are using the packaging recommended by Interlink. What has changed? If some of the bottles were broken out of case we ask for the rest to be sent back to us so we can make a claim. Recently, after requesting the remaining bottles from a damaged consignment be returned, I when I followed up on the phone I was told the remaining goods had been destroyed because no suitable packaging was available to return them in. This was done without consulting us. A cynic might think these goods ie wine might have been poured down some throats at some stage and that there is a racket developing at various depots.

What has changed and surely a company the size of Interlink with its resources can sort this out. I want to be a customer because it was good for a while but I can't afford to be a t the moment.

The management at the top need to sort this out.
