I had a problem with my latest order from IWOP (items missing) but had never had trouble before. After several unanswered e-mails and phone calls I eventually complained via PayPal, which got their attention.
It seems I fell between two stools (in the chair sense). The old owners of the business were no longer responding to messages and the new owners (Rockolauk) say they don't have access to the e-mails of the old firm. Bit of a sloppy deal then.
So I'd just advise customers who are talking to 'xx"at"iwantpants.com' to copy-in 'sales"at"rockolauk.com'. It will be sorted but it is being left up to you to do the leg/finger work. I was offered a refund, but finally negotiated delivery of an alternate item. So am happy now.
