Then took their TV service. Same price as already had it included in package but preferred Sky.
TV package was awful, just didn't work, programmes ended and the system went off, one of the catch up players was missing.
Attempts to speak to customer services were astonishing. I settled onto a regular hour plus in Saturday talking to a buch of people suffering from amnesia and apathy, just appalling. The CEOs office then got involved and where equally awful.
The position today is I say their service was not as expected give my my money back. They say I have broken a contract give me £500 (arbitrary figure) I say produce the contract. They go quiet, don't (it doesn't exist) and pass it to a debt collection agency.
They are unreasonable and just plain unpleasant to deal with. Don't give them your money.
