Bad, very bad!
We bought a sofa - the delivery men had dirty hands so we ended up with hand prints down the side.
We ordered a lamp and it comes in three separate boxes. I took a days holiday to collect and only one box was delivered. I had to wait until the following week for the remaining boxes to arrive.
The products are good but the delivery and customer service should it go wrong are a nightmare. Amanda seems to be the only one who knows what she is doing - god help you if you get anyone else.

Very poor!
Initially I was very pleased that they were able to source the right product that I needed and also within the 24hrs. However, the parcel was delayed by and then could only be delivered in 48hrs. Today I find out that it has been delayed again. Tomorrow is the day I have been promised but who knows. If it arrives tomorrow I will be amazed. The staff on the phone do seem very good however the proof is in the delivery.

Outstanding customer service
We placed on order based on a recommendation. We incorrectly chose some window handles and stays in different finishes. Suzanne made contact to advise of the error and helped us select a better product. We have since purchased door handles as well for our 26 new doors and again have been delighted with the product and speed of delivery.
