firstly the delivery of my hard drive took over 2 weeks despite paying for the faster delivery service and then when i contacted WAE to bring this issue up they just simply refunded the faster delivery service charge but not back into my account, as store credit, what a joke....! and now, 6 months on, my hard drive which I use for a back up drive for ALL my data on my laptop has failed, the site is apparently 'under maintenance' I have no telephone number for them and as yet i am still waiting for a reply to my email.... Pathetic..!!
