While I was in the house, a card was dropped at the front door, saying that they could not get access. Nobody rang the bell or knocked. I called the office several times and the next day was told that the package had been put in the wrong van. The next week, it was finally delivered.
I found the web site easy to use and find what I wanted. The only niggle was that I was phoned later in the day after I placed the order to ask for an additional carriage charge. The online order system did mention that some Paisley postcodes had such a supplement but ours was not one of them. The guy on the phone said all Paisley codes are surchargeable.
