Dell has to be one of the worst companies for customer service I have ever used, I bought a pc for business which I informed the sales rep at the time, and even paid on my business card.
The pc arrived with windows 7 home eddition & no office business software as well therfore it could not link up to our business server.
I called Dell atleast 10 times to have pc returned, which then took five atempts from the delivery company as they kept telling they had the wrong stickers to pick up the pc.
I would of been better just walking into my local pcworld.
