I wanted to get a Figleaves gift voucher as a surprise for a friend, so looked on the website. I knew I didn't have time to have a voucher sent, so wanted to be able to print one out, and decided an ecard might be best. For starters, it's not obvious on the website where you can get the ecards from, but I did eventually find it. You have to input an email address for the recipient, but it wasn't clear when this might arrive with them. I wanted to give her the voucher myself, but wasn't sure if I had it emaild to me, would she need my email address to order. Anyway, I messaged help and they answered my questions well within the 16 hours quoted. I got the ecard sent to me, so I can print out, and she can use. She won't need my email. Unfortunately it literally looks like a printout, which is a shame - perhaps a little thought could have gone in to the email, so it looks more like a gift voucher rather than an email. Anyway, at the end of the day I've got what I needed, so overall am very happy with their service.
