Pabo

Consistent - Poor Customer Service, painful to deal with, BE WARNED

I recently ordered goods from Pabo but one of the items I ordered was faulty. I spoke to their customer services was asked to send the item back, using THEIR postage account (as part of their free returns service). They claim that they did not receive it, and because they only used a 2nd class Post Office parcel service it's wasn't tracked. I now therefore begin the painful process of obtaining a refund, and having actually placed orders with 5 similar companies at the same time I have to agree with many others that Pabo is a sub standard vendor, and don't deserve your hard earned money.

Of the 5 companies not only were Pabo the slowest to process our order, they were also the most difficult to get on the phone (in this day and age their communication is truly awful), they took all of the payment straight away - even though they only partially shipped the order, and finally the delivery took twice as long as the 4th slowest. Of the 5 orders placed I actually returned items to 2 of them - and unsurprisingly the other one passed without hitch. Well done Lovehoney.co.uk.

So in summary, Pabo appears to be a very lightly staffed, cash hungry organisation and all customers are to them is money. If you're happy to wait weeks for your order, have no consistent communication channel, and accept that if you order an item from them it's very difficult/painful to return, or indeed after reading some of their other bad reviews cancel an order in progress apparently, then they could be for you but IMO please don't be swayed by their slightly cheaper pricing - you can easily pay that back ten fold with Pabo in both time, and frustration.

All in all Not at all recommended. I will not be using them again, and do not recommend anyone else use them either. If it doubt run a google search for PABO reviews - very interesting read

No Customer Service, questionable processes, Not worth wasting your time with
