For some strange reason the web site allows you to order and pay for items that are in fact out of stock.
I ordered 2 lap tops and the process of gathering information regarding delivery and then waiting for the refunds to be processed was unnacceptable
I placed an order which turned out to be out of stock; however this was only brought to my attention when I rang to chase a week later. I had to call on a daily basis and left messages to which no one responded to. The price may be competitive, however the aggravation was just not worth it.
