As soon as I saw that my Amazon order was being delivered by HDNL (now Yodel) I knew exactly how things were going to go.
As expected, Yodel missed the 'guaranteed' delivery date and I gave them one more day afterwards to fulfill the order. They then swore up and down that Amazon had never even given them the parcel despite Amazon's staff saying otherwise.
Yodel's customer service via online chat was terrible - apparently their technical systems have been down every single time I've tried to talk to them (no way I'm calling and paying 10p per minute to sit on hold for ages!).
Fortunately Amazon were kind enough to give me a full refund, but I would have liked to have given them my money in exchange for the product instead. Ditch your Yodel contract ASAP Amazon.
