I was worried about the whole process at first, as there are so many options out there.
After visiting the website and sending off my requested it felt too easy, but a couple of days later I received the pre paid package to send the old phone. Unfortunately I couldn't get to the post office to send the phone off (only bad point about the whole situation) but thankfully envirofone had sent me an email to extend the expiry date on my claim, which meant I was able to have more time to get to the post office and not have to restart the whole process again.
They were efficient in the fact that they were in constant contact with me about what was happening with my old phone and when I would received payment.
I would definitely go back to the company if I needed to do the same and have already recommend it to friends.
