In a week this company has lost the plot , have angered many thousands of people. They have changed their website and now it's so bad that everyone is up in arms about the way we can't research properly ! I only use an iPad and now I can't even see the 1911 original census, black screen ! Look on FB to see the complaints, even some companies have pulled out !!! I spend a lot of money every year on a subscription, and I am retired so this service is dreadful now. Gone from one of the best sites to the worst ! They have even stopped replying to our complaints on their site. Maybe they've just given up themselves !!!!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE . If I could give this a "0" then I would !
I went with Havens as a previous experience with another companies's courier service put me off ordering anything from them, so I cancelled the order and went with Havens.
Fabulous experience is all I can say. Their courier service spot on ! Good communication all around. Perfectly packaged ( was dinnerware, ) loads of bubble wrap etc ! Many, many thanks Havens AND THEIR COURIER SERVICE .
After promising a delivery slot for yesterday and staying in, tracking said they couldn't find my address, even though POSTCODE WAS CLEARLY ON IT!!! I'm not out in the sticks, just 3 miles from City Centre, and 1 mile from M6 ! Phoned up company that I ordered from, they said would be here today, stayed in, so phoned them up again, then she said tomorrow, so have cancelled my order. Not acceptable, very angry.
