Indifferent service.

You gave me a good price for the product but the advertised 48 hour delivery didn't arrive for 120. Ordered on a Monday and did not arrive until Friday.
There was no confimation the order had been accepted. After 48 hours I had to email you to ask if my purchase would be sent, even then you took another 24 hours to reply.
As it was the lock arrived in time for me to use it for a weekend ride out but I was not impressed with the server.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry to hear about the delay with your items.

I have just been looking through your order and the items you ordered are marked as a 2-3 working day delivery, I have tracked this online and I can see that delivery was attempted at your address on Thursday (the 4th day) and a card was left then attempted and delivered to you the following day.

Please accept my apologies for the delay, we work very hard to get items to our customers within the stated times and we have launched an investigation to see why your item was late.
