Do Not Shop From Beauty Scam ( Bay)

I ordered my goods 16th of march. Now more than 2 weeks later I have still not received anything. When contacting customer service they say that I have to wait 20 business days before they can take any actions.

They are not able to track the package which is very odd as we live 2011 and most online shops can track the package.

On the website it strictly says between 3-5 working days.

Beauty Bay have not offered any solutions to this matter and it is clear that are not doing this at the customers interest.

Yes they have cheap prices but you might be unlucky like me paying £50 and not receiving any package at all.

So I strongly advice anyone to shop from Beauty Scam (Bay).

If Beauty Bay comes up with a solution I will then come back here and post a new comment. Until then I stand for my thoughts and hope no one else gets in the same situation as me.
