Bill doubled from pay as you go to direct debit

Stay away from eon my gas has gone from 80 pounds a month in the coldest month on pre paid meter to 160 pounds a month within the first month of changing over to direct debit. This month they are quoting for is February where it's been the mild temps for 10 days reaching 17-20 degrees! They are now forcing me to pay this bill cos their meter is 'correct! Rip offs!

Refund policy is bad

I bought a bunch of stuff a few days before my wedding for honeymoon! Your sizes come up small all the time I have ordered just come back from honeymoon and would like to return them within maximum 20 days and you have said it may not be done! This is no fault of mine. If you had a policy like [external reference] you will get more satisfied customers!

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry that you've experienced problems with your order.

Please be kindly advised that we do not usually accept items sent back to us outside the 14 days returns period, however I can confirm that you are able to include a note inside your parcel explaining the reason for the delay and a refund may be processed at the discretion of our warehouse.

With regard to your sizing query, please note that all our items are based on standard UK sizing, however some products are sourced from different manufacturers which may result in size variations depending on the style of clothing.
