I wish I had done more research into this awful, horrid company. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Horrendous. This was the second delivery they failed to honour. Called customer services and continuously tried passing the buck on to the Royal Mail. When I stated that I did not care about who delivered the flowers, that I just wanted them delivered, they continued to absolve themselves of blame and pass it on to the Royal Mail. Was passed to a 'Customer Service Manager', which appears to be code for rude twat with low self-esteem. When they asked what they could do to make things right, as they couldn't deliver anything on Mother's Day, I requested a refund and was refused!

Use anybody else but these evil cretins. Arena Flowers (http://www.arenaflowers.com/), Interflora & John Lewis were all excellent and I deeply regret taking a risk with these idiots.
