Not happy with not being informed of ''back order'' untill order is placed & monies transfrered.

If items are on back order i would expect this to be notified before the order & payment is accepted. The delay of being told about the back order is also frustrating.

We do aim to keep the website up to date with stock availability for when customers place an order and if items are currently out of stock, these are put onto a back order so the items that are available can be despatched as soon as possible.
