Hello Ross,

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are upset with the service you have received.

boohoo.com sends out thousands of orders a day. With such a large amount it is inevitable, as with other online shopping sites, that hic-ups can occasionally happen. But I can assure you it is only a very small percentage of orders made where problems arise.

I understand delays like this can be frustrating however, I can assure you the majority of parcels are delivered well within the estimated delivery time-scale and only a small number take slightly longer due to factors out side of our control.

I have had a look in to your account and can see that we did dispatch your order on 30.08.2013 and on the 02.09.2013 our carriers did attempt to deliver your parcel but unfortunately they were unable to locate your property using the address which was provided at the time of ordering.

Your parcel has since been processed for a return back to us, and as soon as it is received in to our warehouse, the team will process and re-dispatch it back out to the address you have provided to us via email.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
