I ordered some cycling glasses then realised I had ordered the wrong colour, I e-mailed the company thinking oh well it's my own fault and nothing will change, well, within an hour they mailed me saying the ones I wanted were out of stock, but they will order direct and let me know when in stock.
Hows that for good customer service, it's good to know some company's do care, very rare these days. Thank you tredz.
