I ordered a double wax pot just before setting off to Aus for 3 weeks I came home to find it had not been delivered. So I contacted the website, I literally couldn't have been nicer about it saying that I wasn't in a hurry as it was a Christmas gift. Then I received a patronizing horrible message back saying that according to their records it had been delivered and there's nothing they can do.
So I mailed back saying it definitely hadn't been delivered and that I didn't appreciate the reply. Then I got a poor attempt at an apology along with a copy of someone's signatures saying it was delivered (probably the postmans) and another blunt message saying there's basically nothing they can do as I took so long to message them. Absolute JOKE of a company. Con artists do not waste your money,
