Signed up 31st July. Promised installation 23rd August. Engineer arrived but spent hours working outside but unable to connect. he left cables, boxes and rubbish all over the place. Did not tidy up after himself. Phone line connected some days later but no one told us so no phone plugged in. Broadband and TV re appointed 13th September. No one came even though we were told they were minutes away. Waited from 12.30 to 19.30. Phoned helpline and was told nothing they could do.
Be warned you will get awful service and a wait of about 30 minutes just to speak to someone because "they are very busy at tne moment with a high volume of calls". I wonder why
