Standard, polite service at the store; but they follow u round the store; they give you all the information you can find on the product displayed anyway.
The customer experience is spoiled by the delivery service they use. I bought a fridge freezer. On delivery day the delivery guys call up and say "sorry we can't find your address, we've used google maps and the GPS and can't find it, sorry can't deliver". OK, I would understand if I lived in a remote area or at the end of a road but I live in central London near a road and our flats are massive you can't miss it. A delivery guy who doesn't know how to read a map WTF! Then on the delivery day(arranged again) the delivery guys(in their black t-shirts and knowhow badges) ask me "Why did you have to buy such a big fridge-freezer it is so hard to move?" And I'm there standing thinking "you applied for this job to be a delivery man and complaining, I've paid your company so you should be expecting this kind of work". Ridiculous!
