Dealing with this company left me speechless. Ordered beds 2 double beds online for next day delivery. Company phoned later to say beds not available. £15 discount if I chose alternative. Spoke to a very pleasant lady. All fine. Very inconveniently, My partner travelled 45 mins to the delvery address and waited in all the next day. No sign of beds by 5pm so I rang company. Spoke to Danny who explained that they had missed cut off time for delivery and had tried to let me know. I had no calls on my mobile and no e mail about this which I explained to him. He just kept saying' what do you want me to do about it' over and over again. Then he hung up on me!! I have never been spoken to like that by a company . When i returned to my home address there was a message on home phone but i had not used that number at all when speaking to the company and Danny assured me they had been trying hard to contact me. The beds arrived fine the next day delivered by a different company.

Thanks for your email and reviews. We apologize for any issues with your order.

When you initially placed the order and when we when to process the order we discovered our stock sheet was wrong, hence calling you up and advising this. An alternative bed was arranged at a discount with you due to this inconvenience. As mentioned this was arranged through Eleanor and as this was around 4pm she would try and get the bed out that day. She immediately called the warehouse and advised them to dispatch your delivery, however we had already had our collection from our couriers. She then immediately called you back, however there was no answer. I believe she tried both numbers to advise you this. She also tried the contact numbers on the morning and had no luck in contacting you to advise you in the matter.

I do apologise about this miss-understanding as our next day cut off is 1pm and due to the initial issue we tried to get the bed out on a next day despite being 4pm however we were unable to do so. Hence trying to call you immediately.

I do apologize about any issues you feel about my call and apologize for any miss understanding.

Yes to offer next day delivery we use couriers such as Tuffnells, XDP and other national couriers.
