Made a recent trip Manchester - Murcia with friends to play golf at La Manga. Jet2 staff were so friendly and helpful, makes a nice change from some airlines! Good leg room, good service. When we got back to Manchester, one of my friends realised he'd dropped his wallet in the aircraft. Jet2 were brilliant and found and returned the wallet without fuss or delay. Looking forward to travelling with Jet2 again.
If you think the "free" extended warranty is worth anything, forget it. I bought a tv from Teleland in Oct 07. It developed a bad fault after just over twelve months. I tried to contact them to ask how I go about claiming under the extended warranty. Getting through on the phone takes forever, if you can get through at all. They refused to deal with me because they said I had to have an invoice. I don't have one, because I didn't ever receive one. I DO have a delivery note with their address, my address, and all the tv details. They refused to accept that as proof of purchase, even though legal advice tells me that is good enough. I sent them copies of emails from the time of purchase, giving details for the 5 yr warranty and them confirming receipt of those details. Still they won't accept that I bought it from them! They don't respond to emails, recorded delivery letters or phone calls. What a CON! Wouldn't go near them at any price.
