Fabulous Watch!

I ordered this watch for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived quickly with an email to alert me of it's arrival. However, when it arrived the packaging was damaged and the lovely Jules B. bag was ripped. I telephoned customer services to ask for another gift bag to put it in but they would not send me one as they said it was not possible. My daughter loved the watch but for the price I paid, I think they could have sent me another gift bag in time for Christmas!
